About Course

This course examines the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the travel
and tourism industries, offering students insights into how smart technologies are
reshaping guest experiences, operational efficiency, and marketing strategies. Students
will explore AI applications such as chatbots, predictive analytics, intelligent
