About Course

  • The Cloud-Driven DevOps with Kubernetes is designed to equip students with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to implement a DevOps culture and automate deployment pipelines using Kubernetes in a cloud environment.
  • This program focuses on leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration, streamlining application deployment, and integrating CI/CD workflows for continuous development and operational efficiency.
  • Students will also learn best practices for managing microservices and securing cloud-native applications in a Kubernetes-based environment, preparing them for real-world scenarios where DevOps and cloud technologies converge.

Learning Objectives

After the completion of course student will be able to:

  • Apply the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using Kubernetes in a cloud environment, resulting in improved operational efficiency and reduced manual intervention.
  • Design and implement a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline with Kubernetes, enabling fast and reliable software delivery through the use of industry-standard tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Apply security best practices to deploy and manage secure Kubernetes clusters, including role-based access control (RBAC), container image scanning, and network policies, ensuring the integrity and safety of cloud-native applications.
  • Utilize monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack to assess the health and performance of Kubernetes applications, driving proactive issue resolution, resource optimization, and improved uptime.
  • Demonstrate to diagnose and resolve issues within Kubernetes environments using logging, metrics, and diagnostic tools, ensuring continuous operation and high availability of containerized applications in production.
